Listing standards

To be listed, your business should meet the following standards:

  • Minimum 4.7-star rating and 10 reviews on Google
  • A current ABN and registered business name
  • A credible website or established online presence
  • A genuine business presence aligned with the category and location selected

We may verify business details using public Australian registers, including ABN and business name records.

Who we don’t list

To protect the quality and trust of the platform, we do not list businesses that fall short of our standards.

This may include businesses with:

  • poor online reputation or weak review history

  • misleading or low-credibility online presence

  • lead generation or intermediary websites

  • categories we consider grey or unsuitable

We reserve the right to decline any listing that does not align with our quality, editorial, or platform standards.
